We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
4. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
5. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A cancellation notification must be received and acknowledged before midday for the cancellation to take place. If this has happened before this time frame, a full refund will be processed within 7 – 14 days and returned to the customer via the same method of payment used for the original order.
8. Delivery Policy
Please make sure you supply us with the correct delivery address when you order. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Cyprus and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Your order will arrive within 3 – 5 working days of ordering once payment is received and the majority of our deliveries are made by AKIS Couriers . This is for our Cyprus customers only.
9. Late Delivery
Please let us know if your order does not arrive within 15 working days. As long as we are notified within this period we will be able to get this sorted.
10. Damaged Goods/Missing Items
We take great care in packing your order properly to ensure that it arrives at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods.
Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit we cannot take responsibility for this, but just to be kind we will assess the situation and a replacement can be organized, at our discretion.
11. Refund Policy
If you receive our product that has been damaged in transit we will replace the product or refund your money if it’s returned within 21 days of ordering. If you find a fault with your product, please contact us and we will assess the fault and a replacement can be organized, at our discretion.
If you have changed your mind, your product can be returned within 28 days of ordering, as long as it is unopened and undamaged. All change of mind returns are at the expense of the customer. On receipt of the returned unopened item, we will refund you the cost of the product only and not any P&P costs to the original payment card/method used.
